                 Jackson

Jackson is a 1 yr. old male Lab mix. ( He could possibly have some St. Bernard in there).  He is a very sweet boy and really just wants to be loved more than anything!  He was abandoned at his previous home when his 'family' moved out.  He is scheduled for his neuter surgery on Friday Feb.12th.  He can be adopted any time but cannot go home until after he is neutered.  He would probably do best in a home without any dominant dogs.  He is a big boy.  He will be current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

                                        Trixie

Trixie is a 1 yr. old female Flat Coat Retriever mix.  She is such a sweet girl and is looking for someone to love and spoil her.  She has such a wonderful disposition.  She is good with other dogs and kids.  She is currently learning about kitties and horses.  This beautiful little girl was abandoned at her previous home when her 'family' moved out.  She really deserves to be part of a real family and will be forever grateful!  Her spay surgery is scheduled for Friday Feb. 12th.  She can be adopted any time but cannot go home until she has been spayed.  She will be current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.  

                 Mini & Spike

Mini & Spike are neutered male Chihuahuas.  Mini is the one pictured on the left and he is 3 yrs. old.  Spike is the one sitting up on his butt (he has white on his chest), he is 2 yrs. old.  Spike will sit pretty and wave for you.  These little guys are both a little undernourished and gaining weight, both currently weighing about 7.9 lbs.  They are both very sweet little guys and just want someone to love them.  These guys came in pretty unsocialized.  They have come a long way!  They can still be a little cautious of strangers but they are much more socialized now.  They have put on weight and look great.  They are both current on all vaccines, including rabies, and the adoption fee is $150 on either one or if adopted together, the COMBINED adoption fee is $250.

              Zeus

Zeus is a 4 yr. old neutered male Boxer.  This sweet boy is good with other dogs and kids.  He is currently learning about horses.  He is currently fine tuning his housebreaking and crate training.  He walks well on a leash and weighs about 74 lbs.  He is a very nice dog and was surrendered because his family could no longer afford to keep him.  He will need a home without any dominant male dogs as he seems to not do well with them.  He is current on all his vaccines, and his adoption fee is $150.  

            Bruno

Bruno is a 1 yr. old neutered male Rottweiler.  This big, handsome fella was found as a stray in Yuma with his best buddy (which just so happened to be a sheep).  Nobody ever came to claim him and now he is here with us.  His picture does him no justice as he is a gorgeous dog and has a great build!  He is good with other dogs and seems to be familiar with cats as well.  He is learning about horses now.  He should be with a family familiar with his breed.  It is our recommendation that he is in a home without small children.  He weighs about 85 lbs and is working on filling out just a bit.   He is current on all vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $200. 

            Gunner

Gunner is a 5 yr. old neutered male Rat Terrier.  He is housebroken and is familiar with a doggie door, but if he is in a home with other dogs he may need to wear a belly band to keep him from 'marking'.  He is crate trained.  He weighs about 13 lbs.  He will need a home without small children as they do frighten him.  He is a little shy at first and needs a family that will be patient while he is warming up in his new surroundings.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

           Leo

Leo is a 5 yr. old neutered male Golden Retriever mix.  This handsome boy is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is currently fine tuning his housebreaking and crate training.  He likes to be with his people and is very friendly.  He is a very sweet boy and is searching for his forever home.  He weighs about 30 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150. 

                Pepper

Pepper is an 8 month old spayed female Heeler mix.  She is housebroken and crate trained.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She may however, bother cats if she has no other dog to play with.  She is very sweet and attaches quickly to her person.  She had been an outdoor dog in her previous home and was not well socialized.  She has become very social and has learned to trust strangers.  She can be cautious at first but warms up quickly.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.       

             Mia

Mia is a 9 month old female Chihuahua/Dachshund mix.  She is such a sweet little love.  She just wants someone to love her and has so much love to give in return!  She has been left as an outdoor dog in her previous home and really deserves so much more.  She is going to bond to someone so quickly and will be their very best friend!  She is currently crate training and housebreaking.  She is good with other dogs and kids.  She is currently learning about horses and kitties.  Her spay surgery is scheduled for Friday Feb. 12th.  She can be adopted any time but cannot go home until after she has been spayed.  She will be current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.  

         Colby

Colby is a 1 yr. old  spayed female Rottweiler mix that has recently joined us from Show Low.  She is good with other dogs and kids.  She does want to heel the horses and should probably be in a home without any horses.  She is currently learning about cats.  She is currently housebreaking and crate training.  She is going to make someone a terrific buddy!  She is such a sweet girl and just wants someone to love!  She weighs 47 lbs.

She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.   

          Taffy  

Taffy is a 2 yr. old spayed female Yellow Lab mix.  She found herself in the shelter after her previous owner passed away.  She is a very nice dog and is now looking for her forever home.  She is good with other dogs.  She is currently being introduced to kitties and horses.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.

              Sam  

Sam is a 1 yr. old neutered male Yellow Lab mix.  He found himself in the shelter after his previous owner passed away.  He is an awesome dog and will make a nice addition to any family.  He is very sweet and loves everyone.  He is good with other dogs and kids.  He is currently being introduced to kitties and horses.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

          Baby 

Baby is a 13 yr. old spayed female German Shepherd.  This very precious girl found herself in the shelter when her family moved.  She is a darling little girl and is a wonderful dog!  She is housebroken and is good with other dogs, cats,horses and kids.  She should be in a home without small children as she has earned her 'quiet days'.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $50.

           Teddy

Teddy is a 10 month old neutered male Golden Retriever/Chow mix.  This very handsome young fella is going to be an amazing dog!  He is very sweet and loves people!  He seems to learn quickly and will be a great dog.  He is currently houesbreaking and crate training.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

          Joker

Joker is a 2 yr. old neutered male Australian Shepherd mix.  He is a fabulous little guy that has come down from the Show Low Animal Control shelter.  He is a happy little boy that loves people.  He is good with other dogs, horses and kids.  He is currently learning about kitties.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

                Tiger

Tiger is a 1 yr. old neutered male Cardigan Welsh Corgi mix.  He is such a nice little boy.  He really wants a buddy to love him.  He was found as a stray and ended up at the Humane Society of Yuma.  He is now looking for that special family to love him forever.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is good with other dogs and is being introduced to cats and horses.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150. 

            Benny

Benny is a 2 yr. old neutered male Basenji mix.  He is SO sweet!!  He loves people!  He is such a character and is SO smart!  This little guy has such an awesome personality that you will fall in love with him instantly!  He was a stray in Yuma.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, is microchipped, and his adoption fee is $150.  

               Mr. Clean

Mr. Clean is a 4 yr. old neutered male Poodle mix.  This sweet little guy is looking for his forever home.  He certainly deserves to find a loving family of his very own.  He was a stray in Yuma and ended up at the Humane Society of Yuma.  He was such a matted, filthy mess that the shelter began calling him Mr. Clean!  After a professional grooming and bath, this handsome little guy turned out to be just gorgeous!  He has a great dispostion and would be wonderful for an older person/people.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, is microchipped, and his adoption fee is $150.    

                Redd

Redd is a 1 yr. old neutered male Cocker Spaniel mix.  He is a petite little guy, weighing only about 15 lbs.  He was a stray in Yuma and nobody ever claimed him so he is now looking for a forever home.  He has such a great personality!  He is very lovable and loves everyone!  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is good with other dogs and is an outgoing little guy.  This little guy has a personality that matches his adorable face!  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $150.   

              Fritz

Fritz is a 2 yr. old neutered male Terrier mix.  He is a very sweet little guy that was a stray in Yuma.  Nobody claimed him and now he is in search of a forever home.  He is a great dog.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.  

       Garrett

Garrett is a 2 yr. old neutered male Poodle mix.  He was found as a stray and ended up  at the Humane Society of Yuma.  He is a great dog with a wonderful disposition!  He loves people and really just wants to be someone's pal.  He LOVES going bye-bye in the car!  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is good with other dogs and seems to be familiar with cats.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

                  Axel

Axel is an 8 yr. old neutered male Jack Russell Terrier.  This sweet little guy is deaf.  He has been with the same family his entire life.  He was surrendered for not being good with kids so he will need a home without small children.  He is currently learning about cats and horses.  He is housebroken and is a wonderful dog!  He weighs 14 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.                                      

            Sadie

Sadie is a 5 yr. old spayed female Fox Terrier mix.  She is housebroken, knows how to use a doggie door, and is crate trained.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and older kids.  She should have a family without small children.  She may do best as an only pet as she does really attach to her person/people.  She is very sweet and loving.  She weighs about 18 lbs.  She LOVES to play fetch.  She would be a great hiking/trail buddy.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.

             Sammy

Sammy is a 4 yr. old neutered male Chihuahua.  He is housebroken and crate trained.  He is good with other dogs, cats, and horses.  He is a little sweetie and likes to cuddle.  He is a little character and has a lot of personality.  He will do best in a home without small children.  He currently weighs about 11 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $150.

In Memory Of 

                 Terry

We are sorry to report that "Terry" was humanely put to sleep on Sunday November 18, 2007.  His time here was clearly over and we will all miss him terrible!!  Although "Terry" was never adopted, he did consider the ranch home.  He was very happy here.  Thanks to Deb at the Arizona Humane Society, "Terry" was gifted an extra 2 1/2 years of life.  He first showed up at AHS with razor wire wrapped around and embedded in his abdomen.  The wonderful staff at the second chance hospital, surgically removed it and Deb pleaded with me to rescue him!!  Thank you all  who offered him love. 

WE WILL ALL MISS YOU "TERRY"!!   See you at the rainbow bridge!!                                                

                                                      Available February

These little cuties will be ready for new homes towards the middle of February.  They look to be Aussie mix.  They have no mom and are currently being nourished with lots of TLC!  They are currently being shown to interested parties.  The adoption fee is $150.  We will hold a pup of your choice for $50 of the adoption fee.  They will be altered the middle of Feb. and will be ready to go after that.  They will have a Bordetella vaccine and one of the three distemper/parvo vaccines that they will need in their puppy series.  There are 3 girls and 3 boys.  Please make an appointment to meet them. 

                                                Available March

This mama and her precious little ones will be available for adoption in March.  Saved from euthanasia just in time, these kids are now just concentrating on eating and growning.  These little ones should be ready to go approximately Mar. 8th. 

They will be ready for interested parties to meet them the middle of Feb.  The adoption fee is $150.  We will hold the pup of your choice for $50 of the adoption fee.  They will be altered around March 8th and will be ready to go home after that.  They will have a Bordetella vaccine and one of the three distemper/parvo vaccines that they will need in their puppy series.  There are 6 boys and 1 girl.

Molly was adopted!!  Molly spent quite some time here at the ranch with us and everyone around here was very bonded to her.  Molly was blessed to be adopted by a very nice couple that fell instantly in love with her.  We miss her tremendously around here and it just is not the same without her here but we know she is loved very much and gets lots of love and attention in her new home.  We feel very

blessed that Molly crossed our path and proud to have made such a difference in her life.  Molly is a very special dog and we will love her always! 

      Update on

                                        "Molly"

Molly had her leg amputated on Friday night, December 7th 2007.  She is home from the hospital and resting now.  She is having some difficulty learning to hop on 3 legs but she is learning.  Each day will get better.  She will soon feel much better and be able to get around better than she has in a very long time!!  Thank you everyone who prayed for "Molly".  And thanks to Dr. Egar at the Arizona Humane Society who did a fabulous job on her. 

2/18/08----"Molly" is finally all done medically and is ready to find her forever home.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She is housebroke and is a wonderful dog.  She is now spayed and current on all her vaccines,including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.
