                 Jackson

Jackson is a 1 yr. old neutered male Lab mix. ( He could possibly have some St. Bernard in there).  He is a very sweet boy and really just wants to be loved more than anything!  He was abandoned at his previous home when his 'family' moved out.  He would probably do best in a home without any dominant dogs.  He is a big boy.  He will be current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

                 Mini & Spike

Mini & Spike are neutered male Chihuahuas.  Mini is the one pictured on the left and he is 3 yrs. old.  Spike is the one sitting up on his butt (he has white on his chest), he is 2 yrs. old.  Spike will sit pretty and wave for you.  These little guys are both a little undernourished and gaining weight, both currently weighing about 7.9 lbs.  They are both very sweet little guys and just want someone to love them.  These guys came in pretty unsocialized.  They have come a long way!  They can still be a little cautious of strangers but they are much more socialized now.  They have put on weight and look great.  They are both current on all vaccines, including rabies, and the adoption fee is $150 on either one or if adopted together, the COMBINED adoption fee is $250.

                Bo

Bo is a 6 month old neutered male Shar Pei/Lab mix.  He is such a sweet little guy.  He is not real socialized because he was left as an outdoor puppy in his previous home.  He really is a little love and is going to be an outstanding dog for somebody.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is currently learning about the pack of dogs, cats and horses.  He is still a puppy and will need a family that is willing to spend the time to train him.  He currently weighs about 24 lbs.   He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.    

            Bruno

Bruno is a 1 yr. old neutered male Rottweiler.  This big, handsome fella was found as a stray in Yuma with his best buddy (which just so happened to be a sheep).  Nobody ever came to claim him and now he is here with us.  His picture does him no justice as he is a gorgeous dog and has a great build!  He is good with other dogs and seems to be familiar with cats as well.  He is learning about horses now.  He should be with a family familiar with his breed.  It is our recommendation that he is in a home without small children.  He weighs about 85 lbs and is working on filling out just a bit.   He is current on all vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $200. 

               Stevie

Stevie is a 1 yr. old spayed female German Shepherd mix.  She is such a sweet girl!  She is housebroken and is currently crate training.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She is very playful with any dog that will play with her.  She is going to be a great family dog!  She weighs about 39 lbs.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.

            Gunner

Gunner is a 5 yr. old neutered male Rat Terrier.  He is housebroken and is familiar with a doggie door, but if he is in a home with other dogs he may need to wear a belly band to keep him from 'marking'.  He is crate trained.  He weighs about 13 lbs.  He will need a home without small children as they do frighten him.  He is a little shy at first and needs a family that will be patient while he is warming up in his new surroundings.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

         Colby

Colby is a 1 yr. old  spayed female Rottweiler mix that has recently joined us from Show Low.  She is good with other dogs and kids.  She does want to heel the horses and should probably be in a home without any horses.  She is currently learning about cats.  She is housebroken and crate trained.  She is going to make someone a terrific buddy!  She is such a sweet girl and just wants someone to love!  She weighs 47 lbs.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.   

             Candy

Candy is a 1 1/2 yr. old spayed female Chihuahua/Dachshund mix.  She is a very sweet girl and is looking for a new home since her owner lost their home.  She is good with other dogs and kids.  She is currently learning about horses and kitties.  She is housebroken and is currently crate training.  She weighs about 10 lbs.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.

            Lu & Stu

Lu & Stu are 1 & 3 yr. old neutered male Pekingese mixes.  These little guys were surrendered to the Yuma Humane Society when their owner became ill.  They are currently housebreaking and crate training.  They are currently socializing with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  They are current on all vaccines, including rabies, and the adoption fee is $150 each or if they are adopted together, the COMBINED adoption fee is $250.

          Taffy  

Taffy is a 2 yr. old spayed female Yellow Lab mix.  She found herself in the shelter after her previous owner passed away.  She is a very nice dog and is now looking for her forever home.  She is good with other dogs.  She is currently being introduced to kitties and horses.  She is housebroken and crate trained.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.

              Sam  

Sam is a 1 yr. old neutered male Yellow Lab mix.  He found himself in the shelter after his previous owner passed away.  He is an awesome dog and will make a nice addition to any family.  He is very sweet and loves everyone.  He is good with other dogs and kids.  He is currently being introduced to kitties and horses.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

          Baby 

Baby is a 13 yr. old spayed female German Shepherd.  This very precious girl found herself in the shelter when her family moved.  She is a darling little girl and is a wonderful dog!  She is housebroken and is good with other dogs, cats,horses and kids.  She should be in a home without small children as she has earned her 'quiet days'.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $50.

                Patchouli

Patchouli is a 6 month old spayed female Shar Pei mix.  She is housebroken and crate trained.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She will need a home without any dominant dogs as she will not back down if she is challanged.  She plays well with other dogs but will stand up for herself if needed.  She is a very sweet girl.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.   

               Charlie

Charlie is a 1 yr. old neutered male Chihuahua/Terrier mix.  This sweet little guy was found as a stray and nobody came looking for him.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is learning to be in a pack of dogs.  He weighs about 8 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

                Tiger

Tiger is a 1 yr. old neutered male Cardigan Welsh Corgi mix.  He is such a nice little boy.  He really wants a buddy to love him.  He was found as a stray and ended up at the Humane Society of Yuma.  He is now looking for that special family to love him forever.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is good with other dogs and is being introduced to cats and horses.  This little guy is a little shy to begin with but he warms up quickly and really craves the attention.  He is going to be a wonderful dog for someone.  This dog would be more than fine as an only dog.  He is on the laid back side.  He is very cute in person but is very camera shy and it is difficult to capture his cute personality in a picture!  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150. 

                 Garrett

Garrett is a 2 yr. old neutered male Poodle mix.  He is the SWEETEST boy!!  He just wants someone to love and has so much love to give!  He is housebroken and crate trained.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is very well mannered, is very lovable, and likes to go bye-bye in the car.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150. 

               Mr. Clean

Mr. Clean is a 4 yr. old neutered male Poodle mix.  This sweet little guy is looking for his forever home.  He certainly deserves to find a loving family of his very own.  He was a stray in Yuma and ended up at the Humane Society of Yuma.  He was such a matted, filthy mess that the shelter began calling him Mr. Clean!  After a professional grooming and bath, this handsome little guy turned out to be just gorgeous!  He has a great dispostion and would be wonderful for an older person/people.  He is very well mannered, walks well on a leash, loves to ride in the car, and even likes to play some fetch!!  His charming personality will make you fall head over heals in love with him!  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, is microchipped, and his adoption fee is $150.    

             Hank

Hank is a 1 yr. old neutered male Corgi/German Shepherd mix.  This sweet little guy was picked up as a stray with some dog bite wounds on him.  Nobody ever claimed him and now he is all healed up and ready to find a family.  He is currently crate training and housebreaking.  He is currently learning how to be part of a large pack of dogs.  He is learning about kitties and horses.  He weighs about 13 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.

             Chula

Chula is an 8 yr. old spayed female Chihuahua/Pug mix.  This sweet little girl was left unaltered and ended up suffering from Pyometra.  She just had surgery (March 3rd) and is now recovering.  She is housebroken, crate trained and knows how to use a doggie door.  She is good with other dogs, cats, and kids.  She is a real sweetheart.  She weighs about 15 lbs.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150. 

              Harriet

Harriet is a 5 yr. old spayed female Bearded Collie mix.  This sweet girl is such a character!  She is such a happy girl and just loves everyone!  She has so much personality!  She was found as a stray, and although appears to have been really loved, nobody ever claimed her!  She does have some manageable arthritis but gets around just fine.  She does seem to be dog selective and may be better in a home as an only pet.  She walks very well on a leash and weighs about 35 lbs or so.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $100.  

           Dallas

Dallas is a 2 yr. old neutered male Australian Shepherd mix.  This little guy has a wonderful disposition and loves people.  He is very happy and likes to hang with his people.  He was found as a stray and is now looking for his forever home.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is very playful with other dogs that are willing to play with him.  He weighs about 20 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150. 

                  Axel

Axel is an 8 yr. old neutered male Jack Russell Terrier.  This sweet little guy is deaf.  He has been with the same family his entire life.  He was surrendered for not being good with kids so he will need a home without small children.  He is currently learning about cats and horses.  He is housebroken and is a wonderful dog!  He weighs 14 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.                                      

            Gypsy

Gypsy is a 2 yr. old spayed female Australian Cattle Dog mix.  She is housebroken and crate trained.  She is good with other dogs and kids.  She is currently learning about kitties.  She does have the natural tendancy of the Heeler and does want to chase the horses a bit.  She is a very sweet girl and really wants to find a family to love.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, is microchipped, and her adoption fee is $150.  

                    Chato  

Chato is a 1 yr. old neutered male Chihuahua mix.  This little guy was an outdoor dog in his previous home and is now learning what it is like to be part of a family.  He is going to be a wonderful dog for someone and will be their best friend!  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is good with other dogs and is currently learning about kitties and horses.  He weighs about 9 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $150.    

              Veda

Veda is an 8 month old spayed female Greyhound mix.  She is such a happy girl!  She is an active young dog and needs a home where she will be part of the family.  She loves everyone and is extremely friendly.  She is very smart and learns quickly.  She is housebroken and is familiar with a doggie door.  She is currently crate training.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She weighs about 43 lbs.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.      

             Sammy

Sammy is a 4 yr. old neutered male Chihuahua.  He is housebroken and crate trained.  He is good with other dogs, cats, and horses.  He is a little sweetie and likes to cuddle.  He is a little character and has a lot of personality.  He will do best in a home without small children.  He currently weighs about 11 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $150.

In Memory Of 

                 Terry

We are sorry to report that "Terry" was humanely put to sleep on Sunday November 18, 2007.  His time here was clearly over and we will all miss him terrible!!  Although "Terry" was never adopted, he did consider the ranch home.  He was very happy here.  Thanks to Deb at the Arizona Humane Society, "Terry" was gifted an extra 2 1/2 years of life.  He first showed up at AHS with razor wire wrapped around and embedded in his abdomen.  The wonderful staff at the second chance hospital, surgically removed it and Deb pleaded with me to rescue him!!  Thank you all  who offered him love. 

WE WILL ALL MISS YOU "TERRY"!!   See you at the rainbow bridge!!                                                

                                                                 4 LEFT!

There are 4 of these cuties left.  They are all boys.  They are German Shepherd mixes.  They are neutered and have the first of their puppy shots.  The adoption fee is $150.              

                                      Available in April

These little cuties and their mama will be available for adoption in early April.  Mama is about 8 months old.  The pups are Golden Retriever/Lab mixes.  Daddy is "Jackson" (pictured at the top of the page).  There are 3 females and 3 males.  The pups will be ready to meet interested parties in the middle of March.  The adoption fee is $150.  We will hold the pup of your choice for $50 of the adoption fee.  They will be spayed/neutered in early April and will be ready to go home then.  They will have the first of their puppy shots.

                                             Available in April

These 9 beautiful babies and their mama will be available for adoption in the middle of April.  Mama is a 1 yr. old black Lab.  We rescued this gorgeous family from the county shelter just in time to save them from euthanasia, so we have no idea what daddy is.  There are 5 boys and 4 girls.  The adoption fee is $150.  The puppies will be available to visit with in late March.  We will hold the pup of your choice for $50 of the adoption fee until after they are spayed/neutered.  They will be spayed/neutered in the middle of April and will be ready to go home after that.  They will have the first of their puppy shots. 

              Lola & Bo

Molly was adopted!!  Molly spent quite some time here at the ranch with us and everyone around here was very bonded to her.  Molly was blessed to be adopted by a very nice couple that fell instantly in love with her.  We miss her tremendously around here and it just is not the same without her here but we know she is loved very much and gets lots of love and attention in her new home.  We feel very

blessed that Molly crossed our path and proud to have made such a difference in her life.  Molly is a very special dog and we will love her always! 

      Update on

                                        "Molly"

Molly had her leg amputated on Friday night, December 7th 2007.  She is home from the hospital and resting now.  She is having some difficulty learning to hop on 3 legs but she is learning.  Each day will get better.  She will soon feel much better and be able to get around better than she has in a very long time!!  Thank you everyone who prayed for "Molly".  And thanks to Dr. Egar at the Arizona Humane Society who did a fabulous job on her. 

2/18/08----"Molly" is finally all done medically and is ready to find her forever home.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She is housebroke and is a wonderful dog.  She is now spayed and current on all her vaccines,including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.
