Phoebe has found her forever home!!  After 6 mos. with us here at the ranch, a VERY nice family has adopted her.  These wonderful people opened their home and their hearts to her despite her age!!  They love her so much and she is very happy there!  They actually came back the next day and adopted another rescue dog who came in the night before.

Phoebe is a 9 year old spayed female Weimariener. She is housebroke and loves to ride in the car and play ball. She is great with dogs, cats, horses, and kids. Phoebe is a great dog. She is current on all her vaccines and her adoption fee is $100.

           Dixie

Dixie is an 8 yr. old spayed female chihuahua.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.   She is housebroken and crate training.  She is a very happy and loving dog and is looking for her forever home.  She has a whole lot of personality and is truly a wonderful little dog!   She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies and her adoption fee is $100.

            Sam

Sam is a 3 yr. old neutered Great Dane mix.  He was in protective custody with several other dogs for starvation.  This big boy came in weighing only 40 lbs!!  In just over 2 weeks, he gained 20 lbs!!  He still has a ways to go, but in the meantime he is in search of his new forever home that will not only provide plenty of food but also plenty of love!  He will need a family who will work on his training with him as he is still very 'puppy like'.  He had a 'cherry eye' that was recently surgically removed from his right eye and therefore his eye is red in his picture.  He is now neutered and current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $100,

            Sir Robin

Sir Robin is a 1 1/2 yr. old neutered male Great Pyrenees.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is housebroken, he rides well in the car and walks well on a leash.  He is very sweet and gentle.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, is microchipped and his adoption fee is $150.

              Dakota

Dakota is a 7 yr. old neutered male American Eskimo.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is housebroken and crate trained.  He is very active and playful and loves to hang out with people.  He is very personable and is a very happy little boy.  His favorite snack is tomatoes which is good since he is currently overweight and on a diet.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, recently had a dental done and his adoption fee is $100.    

           Cole

Cole is a 5 yr. old neutered male Lab/Cocker Spaniel mix.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is housebroken and crate trained.  He loves to go for car rides and play frisbee.  He has been with "Jasmine" his whole life as they are litter mates and they would prefer to be adopted together if possible.  They are both wonderful dogs and know basic commands.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $100.  If Cole and Jasmine are adopted together, their combined adoption fee is only $150.

             Jasmine

Jasmine is a 5 yr. old spayed female Lab/Cocker Spaniel mix.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She is housebroken and crate trained.  She loves to go for car rides and be with people.  Jasmine was born blind but she does just fine and otherwise is a normal dog.  She has been with "Cole" her whole life as they are litter mates and they would prefer to be adopted together if possible.  They are both wonderful dogs and both know basic commands.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies and her adoption fee is $100.  If Cole and Jasmine are adopted together, their combined adoption fee is only $150.  

            Cosmo

"Cosmo" is a 4 month old neutered male Jack Russel Terrier mix.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is currently housebreaking and crate training.  He is very sweet and will need a family who will work on his training as he is still a puppy.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $100.

          Thorn

"Thorn" is a 7 month old spayed female Australian Cattle Dog mix.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She is currently housebreaking and crate training.  She is very sweet, she is a little timid at first but she warms up quickly.  She currently weighs 26 lbs.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies and her adoption fee is $100.

         Willy

Willy is a 2 yr. old neutered male Chihuahua/Min Pin mix.  He is housebroken and is currently crate training.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids (but is unknown how he is with small children at this time).  He is VERY sweet and loving and just wants to have someone love him forever!  He is a very good companion and weighs about 15 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $100.

     Tootsie

Tootsie is a 5 yr. old spayed female Jack Russel Terrier/Rat Terrier mix.  She is housebroken and is currently crate training.  She can be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly and is such a sweet little girl!  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids (however it is unknown how she is with small children at this time).  She weighs about 15 lbs.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies and her adoption fee is $100.

          Bingo

Bingo is a 6 yr. old neutered male Lhasa Apso mix.  He is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He seems to be housebroken and is crate training.  He is very loving and is looking for a loving family.  He weighs about 23 lbs.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $100.

                  Buddy

Buddy is a 6 yr. old neutered male chihuahua.  He needs a mommy that he can have to himself.  He prefers to be an 'only child'!  He is very sweet, he just does not trust men and kids. He is housebroke and crate trained.  He is missing an eye due to an injury.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $100. 

                   Sadie

Sadie is a spayed female German Shepard. She is very petite. She is good with other dogs and cats and is housebroke. She was very abused but is very happy now and will need time to adjust in a new home. She is current on all her vaccines and her adoption fee is $100.

In Memory Of 

                 Terry

We are sorry to report that "Terry" was humanely put to sleep on Sunday November 18, 2007.  His time here was clearly over and we will all miss him terrible!!  Although "Terry" was never adopted, he did consider the ranch home.  He was very happy here.  Thanks to Deb at the Arizona Humane Society, "Terry" was gifted an extra 2 1/2 years of life.  He first showed up at AHS with razor wire wrapped around and embedded in his abdomen.  The wonderful staff at the second chance hospital, surgically removed it and Deb pleaded with me to rescue him!!  Thank you all  who offered him love. 

WE WILL ALL MISS YOU "TERRY"!!   See you at the rainbow bridge!!                                                

             Diego

Diego is a 3 yr. old neutered male poodle mix.  He is housebroke and is being crate trained.  He is good with other dogs and kids.  He will need a home without cats as he is not very good with cats.  He is good in the car.  He is very loving and is a very happy little boy.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, is microchipped and his adoption fee is $100. 

                Bonita

Bonita is a 1 yr. old spayed female german shepherd mix.  She is very sweet and loves everyone.  She is good with other dogs however she needs to be fed seperate from them as she hoards food.  She loves kids but because of her food issue should be with a family with older children.  She rides well in the car and walks pretty well on a leash.  She is not a very large dog as she weighs less than 34 lbs.  Bonita was used for a photo shoot with the Oakland A's while she was with the Arizona Humane Society.  She will be featured in their 2009 calendar.   She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies and her adoption fee is $100.

            Spanky

Spanky is a 1 yr. old neutered male Miniature Pinscher.  He is good with other dogs, horses and kids.  He is learning about cats now.  He is crate trained and is currently housebreaking.  He weighs about 11 lbs.  He is very energetic and playful.  Due to his energy level he should be in a home with older children, if any.  He will need to be kept in a cool environment as he may be at risk of overheating due to possibly having some scar tissue in his trachea due to being debarked.  He loves to play with other dogs and loves his toys.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $150.

                 Reily

Reily is a 2 yr. old neutered male Irish Terrier mix.  He is housebroken and is good with other dogs and kids.  He needs to be in a home WITHOUT CATS!!  He is energetic and playful.  He rides well in the car and loves to play in the water.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies and his adoption fee is $100.

                Tessa

            Mitzy

Mitzy is an 11 yr. old spayed female Miniature Schnauzer mix.  She is a real sweetheart and she is looking for a nice quiet home.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She is housebroken and crate trained.  She is a healthy older dog, she does have a low grade heart murmer but she is still a healthy girl.  She is current on all her vaccines, including rabies, is microchipped and her adoption fee is $50.

             Cody

Cody is a 6 yr. old neutered male German Shepherd.  He is good with other dogs, horses and kids.  He is housebroken, rides well in the car and walks well on a leash.  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $100.  Cody is now crate trained!

       Jake

Jake is a 4 yr. old neutered male German Shepherd mix.  He was born with a facial deformity which gives him character!  He is good with dogs, cats, horses and kids.  He is housebreaking nicely and is crate trained.  He is a very sweet boy and loves everyone.  Jake is looking for his forever home with a very loving family.  He is a really great dog!!  He is current on all his vaccines, including rabies, and his adoption fee is $100.

2/18/08----"Molly" is finally all done medically and is ready to find her forever home.  She is good with other dogs, cats, horses and kids.  She is housebroke and is a wonderful dog.  She is now spayed and current on all her vaccines,including rabies, and her adoption fee is $150.
